Kentuckiana Cancer Institute The Institute was founded in 1997 with the purpose of providing state-of-the-art comprehensive, yet individualized, care for the cancer patient in the Louisville metropolitan area. The Institute strives to integrate developments in translational cancer research with other important components of cancer management including prevention, early diagnosis, comprehensive clinical care, and education.
