We conduct in-vivo stdies in mice rats, rabbits, dogs, minipigs and domestic pigs. Preclinical pharmacology is performed in order to pinpoint the therapeutic value of a new drug entity on a specific disease. However, often the drug entity is administered to a higher organism for the first time and other studies may as well be relevant in order to characterize the new compound. Is it toxic? Does it get in there? Where in the body is it located? How quickly is it metabolised? What should the dosage be? We have a broad expertise in performing preclinical studies.
