OFFERING: Micronization Contract Services in 2 separate fully cGMP buildings utilizing 4 opposed and 21 spiral jet mills systems, most of them highly contained in flexible and rigid isolators down to OEL < 1 µg/m3 and all of them engineered in-house. Our own designed micronization systems, both spiral and opposed jet mills, have been developed since the company inception in 1970 and sold worldwide to more than 300 satisfied customers. In the past 15 years a range of glove-box isolators for a large variety of sterile and high containment applications have been developed for internal use and have been sold to the international pharmaceutical market. A new range of powder vacuum transfer systems coupled with flexible isolators and a drum docking system for OEL < 1 µg/m3 has been developed in the past years, are daily used in-house on a couple of micronization booth and are being sold internationally.
