Applied Veterinary Pathobiology PLLC Our principal consultant is JoAnn Schuh. JoAnn's experience spans more than nineteen years in diagnostic, experimental and toxicologic pathology. Her background and training have provided her with a high level of expertise in comparative pathobiology, animal models of human disease, tumor biology, cell signaling molecules, infectious diseases, proteomics and tissue-based reactions of drugs, biologics, medical devices and chemicals. Her multi-disciplinary education, experience and credentials in veterinary medicine, comparative pathology, immunology, infectious diseases and toxicology are integral to JoAnn's unique qualifications as a consultant. She is capable of assisting with a broad range of scientific and regulatory issues encountered by industrial, bio/pharmaceutical, biomedical, medical device, drug delivery and contract research organizations. She is knowledgeable in species- and strain-specific diseases and toxic responses in laboratory animals, domestic animals, wildlife, fish, invertebrates and humans.
