Skyline Diagnostics B.V. Skyline Diagnostics is a spin-off company of the Departments of Hematology and Bioinformatics of the Erasmus University Medical Center in Rotterdam. The company develops and commercializes new diagnostic tools using microarray technology. The combined efforts of the departments of Hematology and Bioinformatics enable the company to gain in-depth insight in the complex gene expression patterns associated with disease. The large collection of well-defined clinical bio-samples allows Skyline to determine disease specific signatures. The infrastructure and expertise of the company provide an excellent base for the discovery, development and commercialisation of new diagnostic signatures and bio-devices for other cancers, in part through the collaboration with other academic research groups.
