Intana Bioscience GmbH Intana Bioscience is a contract research organization specializing in assay development and screening based on FCCS (Fluorescence cross-correlation spectroscopy). Briefly, FCCS is a single-molecule sensitive fluorescence technology, which allows for a fast & comprehensive readout on molecular interactions (affinities, kinetics & especially measurement of long residence times , aggregation, non-specific binding, etc.) in physiologically-relevant environments (cell lysates, vitreous fluid, serum, cell culture SN). It is a generic technology which could be applied to proteins, peptides, small molecules, DNA, etc. Since purification is not required, assay development time is reduced and results obtained are more reflective of the physiological conditions. Applications include GPCRs, full-length RTKs, target occupancy studies, etc.
