EPC HealthCare GmbH The company was established in Hamburg in spring 2006. Our activities focus on the healthcare sector and, in particular, on pharmaceutical corporations, medical supplies manufacturers and diagnostics vendors. In the future we are working with the divisions Classic and Orphan. The core business activities of the Classic are pharmaceutical, medical device and diagnostics companies. The Orphan supports especially companies that develop orphan drugs, new  technologies or products of personalized medicine. In its consulting activities, the company relies on data and information competence, as well as its own tools, qualified staff and experts who are highly experienced in their fields to find truly sustainable solutions for its clients. We work for small, medium-sized and large international and nationally based corporations, and concentrate mainly on the German healthcare system and the regulations and overall conditions that prevail here. Our consulting approach is strategic and analytical. Strategy development, concept design and simulation calculations are the focal point of our work. Proceeding from these strategic concepts, we generate integral road map with several modules, thereby turning strategies into reality. Our consulting adopts a strategic-analytical approach focused on strategy development, concept generation and simulation calculations. We then develop ways of implementing these in the form of integral road maps for our clients. All our projects are subject to a strict internal review and comprehensive quality assurance. In the future, we will be expanding our services primarily to other EU countries and the United States of America with own offices.
